We ship from our warehouse from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For this reason, orders placed on Friday and at the weekend, you will receive confirmation starting from the following Monday. For orders placed on midweek holidays you will receive confirmation starting from the first working day.

Delivery times are in any case calculated from the date on which the order will be confirmed by email, unless otherwise specified.

We strive as much as possible to reduce any delays in deliveries and work with our courier in order to limit any variation. However, we would like to point out that during particular periods of the year, such as holidays, delivery times may lengthen due to the overloading of couriers.

With the aim of reducing waste, we minimise all our packaging. We only use recycled or FSC-certified paper or cardboard and are fully plastic-free.

RETURNS

If one or more products do not meet your expectations, you can always make a return (even partial) within 14 days of receiving the package by fallowing the instructions below.

How to make a return:

  • Contact our Customer Service by writing to customercare@pianetha.com and tell us your order number shown in the confirmation e-mail.
  • Once your request is approved, put the product in the original box.
  • If the box is too damaged, you can replace it with another one that can guarantee adequate protection of the products. Then close the package.
  • Make sure that all labels of the previous delivery have been removed.
  •  Send the package to the address that has been communicated to you in the return acceptance email, sending us confirmation of the delivery, attaching photos of the shipping label, within 14 days from the acceptance of the return, pain the forfeiture of the possibility of refund.
  • Remember to take a photo of the label you attach on your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund has been made.
  • Once we receive in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is completed.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

For the order to be refunded, the returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original conditions. Make sure that the security tag and all tags have not been removed from the products you wish to return. Any accessories sent in the original package must also be returned. The products must not show any signs of wear, so they must not have been used or altered in any way.
  • The return is not provided for personalized and Made To Order items. The sale of these products is final.
